We also have Location Trackers installed in all our Motorcycles to prevent theft and locate you in case of emergency or accidents etc. Your location information will be protected with On Two Wheels, and we shall never disclose this information to public. As part of our service, in case of an emergency or theft, we may disclose the data to Local Authorities, Police Stations and Insurance Companies or similar parties in the course of an investigation or accident claim and to provide assistance in emergencies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy -

Cancellation Policy -

1)100% Refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the trip starting date.

2) 50% Refund if cancelled between 7 to 13 days prior to the trip starting date.

3) 25% Refund if cancelled between 4 to 6 days prior to the trip starting date.

4) Zero Refund if cancelled less than 4 days prior to the trip starting date.

Refund Policy-

1) Refund will be generated only if the product/service shown on the website does not meet its specific standards.

2) Refund will be generated if the customer feels that the product/service does not meet his/her expectations. Contact our Client Service Department on 9920812329 or in such a scenario.

3) For Refunds, it generally takes 7 to 14 working days or as per the Bank’s Policies. 4)Refund amount will be generated through the information disclosed from Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards etc.
